400;\">\u80a1\u6771\u6709\u6b0a\u900f\u904e\u63d0\u4ea4\u66f8\u9762\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u8463\u4e8b\u53ec\u958b\u80a1\u6771\u7279\u5225\u5927\u6703\uff08\u300c\u80a1\u6771\u7279\u5225\u5927\u6703\u300d\uff09\u4ee5\u8655\u7406\u8a72\u8acb\u6c42\u66f8\u5167\u4efb\u4f55\u4e8b\u9805\u3002\u6709\u6548\u8acb\u6c42\u66f8\u53ef\u7531\u4efb\u4f55\u65bc\u63d0\u51fa\u8981\u6c42\u7576\u65e5\u6301\u6709\u4e0d\u5c11\u65bc\u9644\u5e36\u65bc\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u80a1\u6771\u5927\u6703\u8868\u6c7a\u6b0a\u7684\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u5df2\u7e73\u8db3\u80a1\u672c\u5341\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u4e00\u4f4d\u6216\u591a\u4f4d\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u80a1\u6771\u767c\u51fa\u3002\u8acb\u6c42\u66f8\u5fc5\u9808\u8868\u660e\u8981\u6c42\u53ec\u958b\u80a1\u6771\u7279\u5225\u5927\u6703\u7684\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u4e26\u9808\u7531\u8a72\u7b49\u8acb\u6c42\u4eba\u58eb\u7c3d\u7f72\u3002\u8acb\u6c42\u66f8\u53ef\u5305\u542b\u6578\u4efd\u540c\u6a23\u683c\u5f0f\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u800c\u6bcf\u4efd\u6587\u4ef6\u61c9\u7531\u4e00\u540d\u6216\u591a\u540d\u8acb\u6c42\u4eba\u58eb\u7c3d\u7f72\uff0c\u8acb\u6c42\u66f8\u5fc5\u9808\u9001\u4ea4\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u65bc\u767e\u6155\u9054\u7684\u8a3b\u518a\u8fa6\u4e8b\u8655\uff08\u5730\u5740\u70baClarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton, HM 11 Bermuda\uff09\u3002\u70ba\u78ba\u4fdd\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u53ca\u65e9\u6536\u5230\u8acb\u6c42\u66f8\uff0c\u4e00\u4efd\u5df2\u7c3d\u7f72\u7684\u8acb\u6c42\u66f8\u526f\u672c\u4ea6\u53ef\u9001\u4ea4\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u9999\u6e2f\u4e3b\u8981\u71df\u696d\u5730\u9ede\uff08\u5730\u5740\u70ba\u9999\u6e2f\u7063\u4ed4\u675c\u8001\u8a8c\u9053\uff16\u865f\u7fa4\u7b56\u5927\u5ec812\u6a13\uff09\uff0c\u9001\u4ea4\u8463\u4e8b\u6703\u6216\u516c\u53f8\u79d8\u66f8\u3002<\/p>\n<p 400;\">\u5018\u65bc\u6709\u95dc\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u51fa\u5f8c21\u65e5\u5167\uff0c\u8463\u4e8b\u672a\u6709\u53ec\u958b\u80a1\u6771\u7279\u5225\u5927\u6703\uff0c\u5247\u8a72\u7b49\u8acb\u6c42\u4eba\u58eb\uff08\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u4f54\u5f7c\u7b49\u4e00\u534a\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7e3d\u8868\u6c7a\u6b0a\u7684\u8acb\u6c42\u4eba\u58eb\uff09\u53ef\u81ea\u884c\u53ec\u958b\u80a1\u6771\u7279\u5225\u5927\u6703\uff0c\u60df\u5982\u6b64\u53ec\u958b\u7684\u80a1\u6771\u7279\u5225\u5927\u6703\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u63d0\u51fa\u8acb\u6c42\u66f8\u7576\u65e5\u8d77\u8a08\u4e09\u500b\u6708\u5167\u8209\u884c\u3002\u7531\u8acb\u6c42\u4eba\u58eb\u53ec\u958b\u7684\u80a1\u6771\u7279\u5225\u5927\u6703\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u76e1\u53ef\u80fd\u4ee5\u63a5\u8fd1\u8463\u4e8b\u53ec\u958b\u80a1\u6771\u7279\u5225\u5927\u6703\u7684\u76f8\u540c\u65b9\u5f0f\u53ec\u958b\u3002\u8acb\u6c42\u4eba\u58eb\u6709\u6b0a\u7d22\u56de\u4efb\u4f55\u7531\u65bc\u8463\u4e8b\u672a\u6709\u6b63\u5f0f\u53ec\u958b\u80a1\u6771\u7279\u5225\u5927\u6703\u6240\u62db\u81f4\u7684\u5408\u7406\u8cbb\u7528\u3002\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u5c07\u81ea\u672c\u61c9\u56e0\u5176\u670d\u52d9\u800c\u652f\u4ed8\u4e88\u5931\u8077\u8463\u4e8b\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8cbb\u7528\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u916c\u91d1\u4e2d\u4fdd\u7559\u6240\u511f\u9084\u7684\u91d1\u984d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<strong>2. \u80a1\u6771\u65bc\u80a1\u6771\u6703\u8b70\u4e0a\u63d0\u5448\u6c7a\u8b70\u6848\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5411\u6709\u6b0a\u7372\u767c\u4e0b\u5c46\u80a1\u6771\u9031\u5e74\u5927\u6703\u901a\u544a\u7684\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u80a1\u6771\u767c\u51fa\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u5167\u5bb9\u6709\u95dc\u65bc\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u4e0b\u5c46\u80a1\u6771\u9031\u5e74\u5927\u6703\u4e0a\u4efb\u4f55\u53ef\u80fd\u6b63\u5f0f\u52d5\u8b70\u53ca\u6709\u610f\u52d5\u8b70\u7684\u6c7a\u8b70\u6848\uff1b<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(b)<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5411\u6709\u6b0a\u7372\u767c\u4efb\u4f55\u80a1\u6771\u5927\u6703\u901a\u544a\u7684\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u80a1\u6771\u50b3\u95b1\u4e00\u4efd\u4e0d\u591a\u65bc1,000\u5b57\u7684\u9673\u8ff0\u66f8\uff0c\u5167\u5bb9\u6709\u95dc\u65bc\u8a72\u5927\u6703\u4e0a\u4efb\u4f55\u63d0\u5448\u7684\u6c7a\u8b70\u6848\u6240\u8ff0\u4e8b\u5b9c\u6216\u5c07\u8655\u7406\u7684\u4e8b\u9805\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span
